Address Information:
To ensure your package is accurately delivered, please enter correct address details during purchase, including all relevant information. Use appropriate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information to ensure timely delivery.
Please review your address prior to submitting your order. Due to the pace of business, we will not be able to change your address after your order is submitted.
We are not liable for lost, misrouted, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
All shipping options will be listed at checkout. If no shipping options are available at that time, it means we are unable to ship to your location at the moment.
Processing Time:
All orders are subject to processing time separate from transit time. Standard orders may take up to 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons.
Please note, the shipping time frame indicated at checkout starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package, once the carrier has scanned it. All of our shipments come with a tracking number. We use USPS, DHL and local carriers to ensure packages arrive quickly and safely.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of any items, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any refunds issued.
Package Lost In Transit:
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit and has not been delivered to the recipient, we offer the following solutions:
1. All Items in Stock: If all items from your order are currently in stock, we will create a new order for you free of charge. This ensures that you receive the items you originally ordered without any additional cost.
2. Items Out of Stock: If some items from your order are out of stock at the time the loss is confirmed, we will reship the items that are in stock. Additionally, we will refund you for the value of the items that are out of stock.
MIYIYA does not assume responsibility for packages reported as "Delivered" by the carrier and will review on a case-by-case basis.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER:
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, refused by the recipient, etc., we offer the following options:
1. Reshipment: If the items from your order are still in stock, and you would like us to resend the package, we can do so. However, a charge of $10 USD will apply to cover the cost of new shipping fees.
2. Refund: Alternatively, you may request a refund for the returned items. In this case, we will issue a refund for the value of the items, but we will deduct a $10 USD fee to cover the original shipping fees incurred.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping:
We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time and make modifications as necessary. Any changes will be immediately effective upon posting on our website.
