MIYIYA - Terms of Service

At MIYIYA, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

General provision

Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, you may return any item purchased through this website to request a refund. Between fifteen and thirty (15–30) calendar days from the date of delivery, you may return any item purchased through this website to request an exchange, subject to the following conditions:
  All purchased products must be returned with security tags unremoved in the original packaging along with all accessories, warranty/authenticity card where applicable, and any free items sent as part of the order.
  Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing) cannot be accepted.
  You will be refunded for the purchase price of the returned products only, the order shipping charges will not be refunded.

How to return your order

1. Email us at service@miyiya.com and tell us which item and why you want to return it.
    Make sure to provide us with as much information as possible (order number, your full details used to place your order, and a clear description of the item you are returning).

2.  Print your postage label and stick it on your package.

3. Take it to your local post office.
Make sure you keep your proof of postage and keep an eye out for an email from our returns team where we will keep you up to date on the process of your return.

This policy is effective from January 1, 2025. January 1, 2025.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that personalized products (including products with customized engraving or embossing, special orders), may not be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How should I deal with this?

You can contact us by clicking here or sending an email to service@miyiya.com and include the following:
    Your order number(s)
    A picture or video of the affected item(s)
    A description of the issue encountered

Refund

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
